Consumer Right to Add Positive Information!!!

Can anyone tell me if we have rights as consumers to add positive information to our reports? I have a paid off car loan that only reported to Equifax an not to the other two agencies. I just called Experian and even if I offered to pay to add the information they would not even with the companies documentation to the payment history. I need to show a longer credit history an this account would probably do the trick if I can get it added. Anyone know if we have legal rights to add even with the option to pay????
