: There are much better ways to handle this than the way you seem to be going about it. Yes, you do need the physical address of the collection agency, Isn't the address of this collection agency listed in your credit bureau files? It should be. And you may also be able to look them up using the search engines. But there is an easy way to put an end to your problems and sueing them isn't going to go anywhere unless you have given them proper notifications and made the proper demands upon them before you go to court.

: : Can anyone tell me the physical location of Gulf State Credit? We have had continuing problems with an account which does not belong to my husband, and they are trying to collect from him notwithstanding that we have told several agencies it is not his debt. The most recent one, OSI, closed the account at the customer's request, but we know we will keep getting collection notices, and keep seeing it on my husband's credit report (which it is presently) unless we sue them. Please advise.
