My business is a contracting buisness so most assets are a truck which I am still making payments on and the tools inside it.I don't own it outright yet(about 9 more payments).I also have a car which I am making payments on.When you say grab,does this mean they can just come with a tow truck and sieze the vehicles?Both vehicles are still security for the bank loans on them,can they still take these?Seeing a lawyer next week,just don't want to wake up to see my business gone :).Thanks.
