Why Chat, First, thank you very much with all the good information you provide and I feel good support as well! The information provided is if I am lucky enough to get the information removed. How about the game the CRA plays by stating "all we can do is verify this is your account and all the CA has to do is say the account is yours and they have it on file" Then in this particular case, if the CA is still verifying a old paid $54.00 account that was actually a credited billing error than how can I go back to the CRA and demand a more accurate investigation? By the way I received my green card back from the CA requesting validation and they still have not reported it disputed. Please advise I seem to be getting Generic answers from the CRA on investigation.
