In most States, including Nev. the SOL for being sued starts the same date the SOL for reporting does. That is , your first delinquency, or "late" month. That is normally 60 days after the last on time payment, the FCRA requires creditors to report that date to CRA's,which is why your Experian report is usually the easiest way of telling your SOL.The actual 1st delinquency date does not, as far as I know have to be SHOWN on the reports,it may,or may not be the last "activity" date.
