Bill Collector, it was actually the credit card company that released all of that information. They even had my neighbor believing my mother was also on the card. My neighbor never even knew my mother's name until then. It even made her nervous and she asked how he knew she was my neighbor and he said "ooooh, we can pull that up on the computer and find out everyone who's in your neighborhood" NOT TO MENTION HE CALLED THERE AT 8:30AM AND SHE HAS a newborn and a 2 year old that were most likely still asleep. Is it just wrong for the CA to do it or the Bank itself. They're still trying to collect on the charge back themselves...I'd figure that a CA would be doing that.
