Jo, it is better if you go back to the original thread to post further on the topic. It is almost impossible to keep track of everyone. The way you do it, we have to spend a lot of time searching if we don't recognize the subject right away.

I have a question, when the mortgage guy tore up that payment you went in, and they refused to accept your payments after that, what did you do with that money? It seems like the payments never posted to your bank account, so theoretically, you should have kept that amount of money seaparate, knowing that it would eventually have to be paid, if you got the situation straightened out.
