You can only have a deficiency judgment for a repo-voluntary or not, filed against you in the State the vehicle or trailer was repopped in.The other stuff is probably under "oral" contracts or lease contract SOL's depending on your State's laws on utilities.Quite honestly, I have very little experience or knowledge about the areas of debt collection you are referring to, other than to know credit card SOL's do not apply.
