Collecting a judgment

I was awarded a judgment on a contractor that built my house in MS. I am running into walls trying to collect due to the fact that he's self-employed. I have heard that you can attach some kind of lien or garnishment to a contract where money is owed to him since I cannot garnish wages. Is this true and how do I go about doing this?
