I'm trying to gather authoritative information on the pros and cons of banking with a Delaware chartered bank. The pro/con information I'm seeking is specifically related to:
- creditors' ability (or lack thereof) to seize assets held in such banks
- the terms under which assets held in such banks can be seized
- which entities are empowered to seize assets held in these banks

If anyone has any direct professional or personal experience with this subject, please email me directly. Any documentation of information source you could point me to would be greatly appreciated, also.
