linda there kinda threatening **i guess** becouse they sent me a 30 day notice to validate the debt or we ***may** proceed with further collection action so is that called threatening to sue me ? like i say the 4 yr sol is up in bout 3 months so what would you do if u were me in this situation , send the validation letter OR nothing cause the sol's up in 3 months . thankyou
