Thanks to this site..that's the only reason I knew about the settlement and the partial being turned over. I was thinking that a settlement would end the harrassment PERIOD, but know differently now. I will certainly add that stipulation in the settlement. NO selling. If the OC got their settlement, that's about what the balance was before they tacked on all of the fees anyways. So really in my opinion there's no real need to sell the rest..but it is allllll about money. I would be MOST GRATEFUL if someone could help me out with this. I was amazed today that the caller id only registered as having one "unavailable" call. One day it had about 7 all within 3 to 5 minutes apart. I assume the one card got a bit disappointed when they found out I had no job to garnish wages from and hadn't used the card on any items that could be confiscated. I know they've got to feed their families too, but they could care less if they destroy another's family in the process. I'm going to send whatever letter you guys can help me come up with asap..sent certified of course :P
