The saga with First Resolution continues. You have helped me a ton so far...thank you! I received a call from the MI attorney generals office, much to my surprise. They asked about my complaint and said they are calling First Resolution. What if anything happens now? I didn't dream in a million years that my complaint would actually be addressed. As background again...this is on a settled credit card account opened 3/97 and charged off 4/98. I think they are trying to collect on the balance, but have not properly validated and have violated the cease and desist order. Thanks again. Hoping this won't stir up first resolution to come after me even more.
