OK, if she has paid on it, just let her keep the card and use it to build credit - if she will do that!! She will not be able to get out of it since she has paid on it.

Tell her it is verrrry important to pay them early, and if she pays late it will kill her credit all over again.

1st Prem is a bad deal, but he already took it, IMO, they will not let her go now, they will want the rest of the money, and she has implies by paying that she intends to keep the card.

Tell her to first pay off the fee, then charge one item a month on it and pay that off, no exceptions. It will help her credit for the time being, and she will qualify for a better card in 6 months or so. She should keep the 1st Prem card for 2 years, then hopefully, if she has been smart, she will have a decent score and get real cards, not this kind of crap. If you are her guardian, LOL, watch out for her, and tell her NO MORE cards for 6 months no matter what they promise her.
