Thanks again. I'll send SRA the request to validate this "contract". It does make sense that this particular situation would fall under "open accounts" simply because there is no signed contract with specific payment terms and amounts along with a definite end. I am also wondering if that also applies to broken leases where unpaid rent and/or damages can be collected. I know someone who is in that situation and I haven't been able to advise her on that one. I should think that, again, would fall under "open accounts". Any thoughts? Again, I thank you and Why Chat for the assistance provided to me and others on this board!
