personal statement on credit report

I was wondering how to get a personal statement on my credit report. I signed up for Experian trail monitoring service to get a report, to see if the changes from a year ago were there. I put in a fraud claim on a card a family member openned in my name, and didn't pay on for over 18 months. It froze my accounts for 3 months, and then there was nothing but a statement saying the account was verified. I thought using the monitor service, I could add a personal statement, but there's only a list of bulleted statements to choose from. Does anyone know how I can add a statement of my own words to my credit report???
