My husband was fired from his job in March and we have fallen seriously behind on few accounts, including Sears. Sears is threatening to take me to court if I can't pay an outrageous amount of money to them now. I consulted my bank and the sent me to CESI Client Services. Do you know anything about them imparticular. Or if it is a wise decision to use a credit management service. They want me to turn all of my credit card debt to them and then they set up a payment plan with me, and in turn pay each of my creditors out of that payment. They say that they work with the creditors to lower my interest rates and they guarantee I will have all accounts paid off in 3 years. Before I sign the paper work and send it in I would like some other people's imput and maybe experiences with this kind of thing. Thanks in advance for your help.
