Yes, I have experience with these people. They are based in Canada (Vancouver) and have a P.O. Box in Seattle. In my particular case the SOL was up and they gave up after I sent a validation request. They did "assign" the debt to a local Attorney, who I also sent a validation letter to. They have not responded in the proper amount of time either, so I am sending a letter to them. Check and make sure that First Resolution is licensed to do business in your state. There is something about them doing business in WA...maybe Why Chat or Linda could help you with that. Also, does the fact that they are in Vancouver change anything? Good Luck!
