I've heard of that bank in Marin. Just that for some reason I've always thrown their applications away. My mom had bankruptcy four years ago, and was able to get a First Premier bank card. You bearly have any credit left on the card after a whole lot of fees that don't make sense. The orchard bank as well would give you credit, I think they only wanted an annual fee. And capital one has also accepted my mom. Both Gold and Platinum. So I think there is still hope. Just that I would try to stay away from this Marin bank and First Premier bank. Unless you really have too, then apply. They are willing to give you the card, and it will help you credit rating. : )
