I have about 7. All are credit cards and loans except 1 medical. How many should I do at a time or is this amount ok to do all at once? I kept good with my local bank of 25 years and didn't include them on my Bankruptcy. I have 2 vehicle loans and a Visa C/C. They are helping me re-establish my credit and have been very helpful with advise.
The other question I have now after reading others in the same boat...Now that I have a Discharge finalized...Can any of the discharged amounts be listed as "income" against me at tax time? I was reading about the charge offs people had but none of them apparently had a Bankruptcy Discharge. Can they still "Stab At Me" that way? Or is it over and done with now?
