Platinum Financial Services is the SAME thing as Wolpoff & Abramson. I had some trouble with them a while back. You need to find out who bought the account originally. The guy I had the misfortune of dealing with at W&A got real snotty when I pressed him on who the hell Platinum is. I did some searching and made a few calls and found out that they are one and the same. Sleaze at its worst!
