No telling. Worst case: If you have money in bank accounts or investments, or you have a good job, they CAN do an asset search, and come after you. If you have nothing you could just end up in a batch of lawsuits they file all at once. That would be sheer bad luck. Best case: They don't go looking, you slip through the cracks for a while, as they are pursuing more promising prospects. This is what usually happens once you have made it this far, but no guarantees. I think it is your best shot, because they have egos like MT Everest, and if you send a vaalidation letter, they tend to start fighting just because they don't like losing. Just sit tight, keep your fingers crossed, and generate some good karma ;) Linda
