You're in for a hard time. If you lose in court, a judgment will be returned against you. With that judgment, the creditors can proceed to garnish your ages {if your state allow that}, attach your bank account, autos, and place a lein on your home. If there is nothing they can get, the judgment sits there drawing interest. If you ever come into anything, the judgment creditor will be first in line.
