Thanks Linda. I also want to remove the area that has all the stuff about how much I pay in bills and the area for the other card that has nothing to do with them. So basically I'll be sending in a validation letter first. Then after I hear back from them send in a settlement contract letter telling how much I'll pay with an area to be signed if they agree. Sorry, I'm being 100% sure I understand, so if I sound really stupid at this point, lol, better safe than sorry right.
