Hi! Well my account was closed back in dec/jan. I really can't remember the exact month. At the time of the charge of it was under 1,500 but above 1,300. I haven't payed any of it back yet. My creditors are Fingerhut (which has the really nice collection agency, I'm going to make payment this weekend), Associates, Verizon, Washington Mutual, Providian, Capital One, Avenue, Target, Orchard Bank, Gateway, and yet I can't remember the others. I am terribly stressed to go thru them right now. It'll make it worse. The police were next door yesterday for what seems to have been a murder or something, and I just kept thinking what if they take me too for past due debts. Like I said, I'd be more than happy to pay them off, If they can just give me a reasonable payment plan, but with all those fees added to minimum payment it's impossible. I really need advice as in what to do. I don't want to go to jail, court, or have to go thru bankruptcy. I'm super scared. Do you think it's too late to go thru debt consolidation? And as far as income I don't work. My parents are nice and they help me. : )
