We got a call today from Aspire Visa. We sent them a payment of 315.00 through our checking account. They set up payment through September.
We have missed the last 2 months. They said the bank returned it for insuffiecient funds and they
will take this farther (sueing) for 5,000 that we owe. My husband works as a truck driver and I work as a secretary for a high school. I don't go back to work untill the end of August. We have
tried to make payments but with me not working money is very tight. What should our next step be and also are we getting into something else with them trying to take direct payment from our checking account. They told me this was fraud, because the money wasn't in the account. What else can we do, Please help
