I tried to go to the Bankruptcy link on Why Chat's site but couldn't. I remember seeing a post that said Chapter 13 was only feasible if you could pay off at least 40% of your debt in 3 years. I thought in Chapter 13 you paid all of your debt (but no additional interest). Can anyone tell me what the 40% rule meant?
