I don't feel like waiting until 2006 for a charge-off (r9) to disappear. What should I dispute in my letter to the CRAs. Has anyone used Linda's letters and have they been successful?? Is the idea that the CA might not respond to the CRA and thus, they drop the report?? Thanks.
