Thank you so much. Ok, I am not suing or counter suing them. I just want this resolved with reasonable payments. They are cashing payments sent from ACCI on my behalf on my account and it's not getting acknowledged or credited. But, they continue to charge me interest etc. I have 7 copies ( front and back) of canceled checks from the bank. I work a full time job and have taken up a part time job just to make these payments so that the hassle will end. I don't acknowledge the balance on my account now as it is 1,400.00 more than it was when they closed it. Please feel free to email me etc. @ Stiers@lucent.com I am not trying to avoid these people, I only want to pay my debt which is what I'm doing and have been doing for the past 8 months. Thank you.
