Who is the C.A.? OSI/Gulf State, one of the biggest slime CA's, has a subsidiary that collects on student loans. If they are violating ANY OF THE FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS regulations complain. Always demand everything in writing. CA's are notorious for lying when talking on the phone. As far as a lump-sum pmt. - they are liars!
