I would advise not starting the happy dance as this bill WILL pass...the dems stuck in a provision re:abortion clinic protestors discharging their fines via bk...this was done as a delay tactic and not a kill tactic. This bill has far reaching effects not only on bk but also on credit acquisition, credit maintenance and credit repair. So if I were you I would start doing my homework and see how this bill will effect you and your situation. After the November elections this bill will become law very quickly so be prepared! This delay was not a win for consumers but politicking at its worst!
