I posted this question previously when I could not access the BANKRUPTCY INFORMATION link on Why Chats website. Any info would be appreciated. The question is below: I remember seeing a post that said Chapter 13 was only feasible if you could pay off at least 40% of your debt in 3 years. I thought in Chapter 13 you paid all of your debt (but no additional interest). Can anyone tell me what the 40% rule meant?
