Celce, I don't doubt for a minute that what you say is true. However, yesterday at this time, it was being widely reported that the bill had already passed. I was, personally, quite pleased when I saw earlier this morning that people had just a little more time, if nothing else. Naturally, it's not a bad idea to prepare as you say. This bill is really going to hurt a lot of people, except of course, those who use bankruptcy as a business maneuver and abuse the loopholes in this law or any other. This bill, as proposed and in my opinion, is yet another chapter in corporate America's takeover of this country entirely. In addition, Congress should be ashamed of themselves. One bankruptcy of a Worldcom or Enron causes much more of an impact on this country's stability, more than an infinite number of personal bankruptcies.
