Missouri has recently enacted some changes in it's codes and statutes. Use the letter, linked below,click on "home" to get to my 1st page, click on Missouri to get the statute #,use them both,the Statute # give next to "open accounts" AND the UCC statute # in the footnote, use 4 years -not 5, in the letter. By the time anyone figures out the new laws they will be MUCH older. There is an upcoming legal seminar in Mo. on the subject, the courts are avoiding the question like the plague, and NO ONE wants to try to be the first to have a test case.
