Thank you for the info. Why wouldn't a ca take legal action sooner? Surely they are aware of the SOL. They can calculate it to the exact day since they have so much info on the acct. That's why I fear that I may be over estimating time and possibly just shy a few months of SOL. Guess I wont know until I see my CR. I plan to get these letters out asap. thanks again.
