I do not know what you circumstances are, however,despite everything else, I hope you at least let us know when you account ,(that you say you opened
years before your marriage) went into default, that is the firat time you were "late" on it.
Also, if it is in the hands of a CA now, why you are referring to the cc company as the one who was harrassing you.
I try to help people, but when I see discrepancies in their stories (that may be easily explained) I get suspicious.In addition, you referred in earlier posts to other debts, and I envisioned a whole swarm of ca sharks coming in for the kill. Even if you were to be sued, and I don't believe it possible, your joint property cannot be attached. Why haven't you at least sent this ca a cease and desist so you and your family won't be harrassed?
