One credit card is trying to settle and collect all on it's own. They said it had been charged off, but wanted to settle by August 2, 2002. They're the ones I'm dealing with now. Taking a step at a time. I don't believe they've turned it over to a collection agency since they're the only ones I talk to when I do answer the phone. This is the card we're trying to fiugre out now. The guy I talked to seemed to want the money asap.

The other credit card (2)which doesn't have me scared quite to death has been sent to collections. I called the original creditor and they said I'd have to deal with the Collection Agency who is now in charge..they are called Professional Credit Services which I've never heard of..but haven't heard of alot them anyways. I haven't spoken with them personally but get their number out of Memphis showing up on my caller id. (I'll be the first to admit..YOU CAN INTIMIDATE ME ON THE PHONE)

Now then..think I got it all understandable..sorry..kinda just let it all roll out and gets mixed in.
