Why Chat,

I do have a valid reason to dispute their verification. I need evidence that the debt is mine and that they own or have right to collect on this debt.

What am I trying to accomplish? I want FULL validation of the debt from PRA. So far, I do not believe they have done that.

How do I know the debt is mine? How do I know that they actually own this debt? How are they to verify the amount of this debt? Maybe, I am a victim of fraud, maybe not. I want FULL debt validation.

I would like to see an agreement for the purchase of this debt between PRA and the original creditor and I would like to see a FULL statement of the account and I would like to see a legible copy of the contract that bears my signature for this debt.

Do you know of any cases that are more recent and at a higher court level that would support my position for a FULL statement of the account? Is there any cases that support my position to see an agreement between the debt buyer and the original creditor?
