I recive a letter from OSI telling me they were going to fix the problem. Also when checking my credit file, befor I ever called OSI.I Made a reinvestigation request. "May 27,2002." Reinvestigation found for OSI. I made another reinvestigation. again found for OSI. and the 3 one found for OSI. After the first reinvestigation I sent OSI & Gulf State Credit certified mail. I ask that the problem be fixed. I inclosed there letter saying they were going to fix the mess. Not a word from them. Now for the question. I live in Calif. I see a Cailf civil code 1785.30 & 31. I got this off this sight. I know you are a message board and not running a law firm. But can you look at this civil code and let me know if you think it applys to me. Point, I made 3 reinvestigation. Do you think the fact they new of the problem and keep reporting to the reinvestagation as they always have, do you think thats a violation of the code?
