Thank you so much, Why Chat, for that information. Do you think if I send this CA this SOL letter, with the years stated as 4, they might be hesitant to contest it? Or that by the time they move on it, the 5 year point will be past anyway? I may simply not hear back from them at all. Would it be wise for me to wait until they contact me, actually my husband, (it is against him, not me) again, and then send them the letter? If they work like they have before in the judgement against me 3 years ago, it will go to attorneys in Kansas City and we will get a letter from them. I don't want to send anything if they don't intend on pursuing this any further. Thank you again for your kind help,
