Of course you can file bk and keep your job. First thing's first. Send the collection agency a cease &desist letter. Send it CRRR. Tell tehm to never contact by phone again and to specifically not contact you by phone or letter at work. Then, go see a lawyer about bk. Most give a free initial consultation.
