Boy, I don't like either option. If you mail them money, they'll just take itand reduce the judgment by the amount you send. You sure don't want a lein on your home. That thing will just sit there accuring interest. Since you can scrap some money together, spend some on a lawyer and let them try and negoiate a settlement.
