These payments were drafted by the bank lender of the credit card.(the promise was to bring acct current and apply for hardship payments, which it turned out that I did not qualify- this is where I lost any faith in them at all) I did not sign anything, just authorized withdrawal.
On CCCS-I cannot find anything "bringing up to date". Late fees and penalities continued, as I found out that cccs was not paying cc monthly, sometimes 3 months would go by, even though I was paying every month.
