Exactly WHAT is your question here? Do you want a lecture on comparative ethics vis-a-vis CEO's stealing from their companies, cheating their employees and stockholders and getting away with it, and you trying unsuccessfully to get a student loan with an unpaid credit card bill?You will get no argument here on the "morals" of that situation. However, if you are beyond the SOL for being sued on the credit card chargeoff, you do have ways of getting it offyour report, but asking te cato do it "pretty please" is a waste of time.
