Send a cease and desist to the ca's. Tell your ex to dispute the au tradeline on his credit reports. If he was removed as an au PRIOR to chargeoff ,he can get the entry deleted. Your BK will not affect him, except that it will make it easier to remove the au tradeline if he wasn't removed prior to chargeoff.The lien from the condo assoc will sit there until you sell or refinance, then it will have to be paid. What State are you in?
