need more advise please

hello why chat , linda & all . if ya maybe recall i asked for some help reguarding my cc account back in this forum on 7/13 & 7/14 and more . well i sent in the 30 day validation letter back into this local attorney a couple weeks ago & just today i received validation of the account . the attorney also in a "short" quote says contact this office asap or further collection actions will be taken . my sol is 4 yrs & this account according to all 3 credit bureaus will not come off my reports till 9/05 so going by that i guess my sol is up very very soon if not already so my question is since im just about at sol at " worst " maybe another 1 month whats my best next move here ??? my guess by what im now learning would be to wait a bit longer before sending out that sol letter on why chats site but before i do that id like to hear from you guys 1st . again i thank everyone so very much youve been so "very" helpful !! thanx kelly
