about 5 years ago I opened a account and put my mother's name on it also because I was working 3rd shift and she did my banking for me. I lost my job 4 years ago and have had a truck repoed. Never received any info on what they got for the truck. Had my wages garansheed, they stopped taking out the payment and I thought it was all paid. Am no longer working for that company and have a new job that I just started last month. My mother and old girlfriend got summons today as a 3rd party defendant and they have frozen my bank account. Can they do this. Mother and girfriend were never on the truck loan just on bank account to cash payroll checks for me. What do I do???? I live in Indiana. Can they go after my mother and girfriend for my debt?????
