why chat the validation was a
"copy" of the credit card application that was signed when the card was applied for with a date of 11/11/95 nothing more besides another short letter requesting me to contact them asap . since according to all 3 credit bureaus this account will remain on my credit reports until 9/05 should i just leave this alone for "maybe" a few more weeks before i send in the sol letter on your web site ??? ive looked at "my" records that are written in an old check book & i last paid anything on this account in early june 1998 & i also have an old bill from them showing my account was now past due as of august 1998 so either way im very close to the sol if not already passed it i would guess . instead of sending them more requests id just rather wait a few weeks then send the sol letter in off your site but your very smart with this stuff so i'll listen to any opinion you offer here , again thankyou so so very much !!! kelly
