Click on "Find A Lawyer" and get a consumer lawyer in your area. The bank, I believe, was in violation of several Federal, (and probably Tx banking laws) You are well beyond the SOL for being sued, and the CA's who are threatening it are in violation of the FDCPA. The best deense is always a good offense, sue the cc company and the ca's, make a local consumer lawyer rich with the fees awarded in these cases and get yourself off the hook as well. (stock options are not attachable -they are inchoate assets)By the way, I hope they ern't Enron options.Good Karma is best when it is shared and recycled.
