why chat instead of asking them for more validation id much rather just wait out the next few weeks since im past or at the very least very near my sol than i'd send them the sol letter in off your site but if u feel its best to have them give me more validation than i'll do that 1st . one more question ok ?? i always look at a worst case senerio this way im always prepared for the worst so lets say by chance my sol's not up for maybe another 2 weeks & they do sue me before it is up ( providing they can provide more validation ) how would i be officially notified that im being sued living here in nevada & would the sol count until the actual court date OR the date im givin a summons to appear in court ?? i just like knowing the facts & why chat you have a ton of knowledge about this kinda stuff so in my opinion your a HUGE asset to this forum !!! again thankyou so much for taking time to help me :) kelly .
